“I pay at the hotel, but I didn't get the receipt.Hotel Reception told me ask Hotels.com, but I can't find where can download it . and I book one kingsize bed room,but she give me 2 beds room. and she said they don't have that time.”

“When I checked in, the front desk gave me a room on the first floor. I told her, can I stay higher floor? And I want a relatively quiet room because I need to stay in this hotel for a week. As a result, the expression on the front desk was very unhappy. At the beginning, it said that our rooms were full. After thinking about it, She still changed the room, but I changed to a room with a poor environment and close to the ice machine. So I want to give this hotel a bad review”

“We stayed here two years ago and it was amazing. I’m trying to not sound prejudice but the property is under new Indian ownership and has gone downhill severely. All the furniture in the lobby was so stained and dirty you didn’t want to sit in any of the chairs or couches. Lot of burned out lights in the lobby, only one elevator worked. The bar didn’t have any beers on tap like they did before, I ordered a Gin & Tonic and requested a lime as well. The bartender didn’t want to give me one and……

“Louie greeted me upon my arrival and gave me a rundown of the property. He was friendly and answered all my questions. He even showed me so much of his art collection! Louie is a wonderful host. I would've loved to talk to him more. I only stayed one night since I was just passing through Akron. I have added The Berrodin Bed & Breakfast to my list of good stops!!”

“They have an evening happy hour with free drinks and snacks. The restaurant serves good food. The complimentary breakfast was excellent! Tiny pool and really nice gym.”

“The only thing I like was how close the hotel was to the track. The hotel itself was dirty, the pool was closed for maintenance 3 of the 4 days we were there.the comforter and blanket had cigarette burns in it. The bathroom tiles were cracked and scratched your feet.there were holes in multiple walls and the front desk staff was MIA whenever I went down. They charged me more than what the reservation was and charged a $50 security deposit that was not mentioned at any point during the……

“Horribly misleading photos. Once you step past the lobby or look in any direction you can see that everything was dirty, run down, and smelled. There was broken or out of service signs on almost every visible area, doors windows, etc. Our room looked nice but was very dirty. The bathroom was almost unusable. The sinks backed up the tub backed up, there was tubing and bite marks all over the door frame and walls. There was half holes. It was horrendous. The breakfast ran out of everything……

“This hotel is located close to Canton and Akron. Convenient for our stay. So disappointed in the front desk staff. Upon check in she never looked up and just said, "credit card and driver's license". That was it. Handed us the key and pointed to the elevators. This happened three of the four days when we asked the front desk questions. Same person. Room service was iffy. They didn't replenish the coffee or the drinking cups and on two of the days the bed was never made up. These may sound petty……

“Sink in bath to small and in rear of cabnit could not reach to brush teeth or wash face. Floor carpet in bed room and hall way wet and dirty. General upkeep of property not very good. Cheap price per night.”
