“I have travelled regularly for work and pleasure throughout the US. This hotel would be in my top three hotels (that includes Vegas, Orlando, etc). Very clean, breakfast and happy hour was great, the entire staff was personable and responsive. Bathroom shower was perfect - shower head was at the right height, water pressure was great, shower gel/shampoo/conditioner was in a dispenser by shower head, AND the tub was not a slick-narrow-curved-porcelain slip hazard. Bonus points for the soft close……

“Stayed for a quick night. Comfortable, clean room. Friendly staff. Nice little pool. My only complaint is that we needed to leave early and breakfast didn’t start until 7, which usually I’ve been able to go down at 6. Otherwise a good nights stay, many food options around for convenience, easy access off highway for west side of Columbus. ”

“The only downside to this property was the parking. A fee to park plus we had to park a lot over since all the spots on site were taken. Breakfast was great and the location to Germantown was spot on. ”

“First off this hotel was very confusing! The parking garage wasn't well marked, doors were locked going from the garage to the hotel on the 2nd level, we had to walk around the whole building to get to the hotel. The hotel its self was dark, dingy feeling. It smelled of stale cigarette smoke. The widows were all dirty or hazed over so much so that we couldn't see out well. The toilet above our room was leaking, making our room stink. The maintenance staff was super friendly and got our room……

“Well i really liked the receptionists, they were great👌 they were awesome in helping us getting checked in a bit early, we we were in town to attend a wedding and were very pressed for time and they were great about it”

“The staff was really friendly and helpful. During the 5:30 Kickback and breakfast they quickly restocked anything that was out. Took our dirty glasses and plates faster than most waitresses. ”

“Great stay for my daughter’s bday party with friends and family. We had 3 rooms and our request to be joined in 2 rooms and the other close by was accommodated. Breakfast was food and the amenities like the pool and hot tub, location and ease of booking were all appreciated. ”
