"We drove our car there at night, the road was wiggly & dark ( no lights other than the car lights). For us it was a little nerve racking. The view was pretty in the morning. The room looked nice and clean, but the fridge was uncleaned, Staff were nice and welcoming. In the room description it said the mattress is Tempur-pedic, but that definitely wasn’t!. In the room descriptions it said we would get a bottle of sparkling wine, but we didn’t get that either. I opened the drawers under the bed...

"EXCELLENT!! I can say enough good things about this hotel. Spotlessly clean and everyone that worked there were amazing! The apt was cleaned every day and that included mopping the entire apt. They were incredibly accomodating when we needed early breaksfast. the hospitality was top notch. The only thing I would suggest is to leave a squeegie in each bathroom as it would help with the water on the floor from the shower. Highly recommend! Such lovely people and a beautiful place."

"Great stay and a beautiful hotel overall. The property, rooms, and beach were all gorgeous, and the staff were very kind and welcoming. Breakfast was also delicious with a great selection. We especially appreciated that they offered nail services at the hotel too. We really needed it during our trip, so finding that there was a nail technician available made us very happy and was such a convenient touch. The beach was beautiful and peaceful, and the entire property had a very relaxing atmosphere. The only thing to keep in mind is that the hotel is extremely quiet and definitely has more of a wellness and relaxation atmosphere. For us personally, it felt geared toward an older crowd, and we missed some of the lively Greek and Crete energy we experienced in other places during our trip. We knew it was a wellness hotel when booking, so this is more about personal preference than a criticism of the hotel itself. If you’re looking for a beautiful, peaceful hotel with a gorgeous beach, good breakfast, kind staff, and a very calm atmosphere, this is a great choice. We had a great stay!"

"Beyond the beautiful hotel lobby and and wonderful veranda, Atlantica was a wonderful place to stay!!! Starting from a breakfast buffet with what seemed like 500 selections and of course I always started my day with one of their creamy cappuccinos. The beach was awesome with oversized comfy recliners, Beach side service and sandy beach with warm sparkling clear water! I loved the pool and you could find us there every morning by 10. The staff and room service took care of everything without having to ask. If I ever make it back to Chania, I'll Be staying at Atlantica... TY"

"The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels. However when we arrived our shower had a leak and this wasn’t fixed until the night before we checked out. So 4 nights of a dripping shower The pool was clean and the pool beds too, We had a shared pool which was nice and private. The food was so good, limited choices but even those choices - the food never tasted bad at all. However the restaurant itself was definitely not the best. The staff were a bit slow tending to tables. Service at the restaurant wasn’t as consistent. The gym had good well maintained equipment. We never got to check out the sauna or steam room properly as they had been switched off nor the indoor pool which was too cold for me ( they did warn us about the indoor pool as well ) But they looked clean and well maintained However nowhere on the hotel description is it stated you have to pay daily to use the safe or that you have to pay use those pool beds with curtains or that you have to pay for the beach beds which there’s only about 10 of them. Overall we had a good little break at the resort. It was lovely weather lovely food. Ohh and the water slides were definitely nice and it too in your face either."
