「Cindy is an amazing host and very responsive and communicative. In most cases, she responded immediately and digitally, not in person, which gave us our privacy.
This unit is attached to the owner’s house but has a dedicated gravel driveway and entrance for guests. Someone enters the unit daily to replenish breakfast items. The unit is spacious, clean and inviting with thoughtful touches like snacks. The unit is in a residential neighborhood so is very quiet.
This was an ideal midpoint home...

「When we arrived, our entryway was the stairwell by the garage and our first sight were multiple overflowing trash cans, that remained this way the entire time we were there. Once down the stairs, you see a bunch of decking material, what appeared to be a broken table, a bent ,large metal planter filled with dirt and 1/2 an old trash barrel surrounding the hot tub. Also, a weird wire fence that was cobbled together running through the middle of the back yard. The inside is a finished basement...

「Everything about this house was top notch. Cookware, linens, appliances, basically everything was higher quality than we have at home! The two floors each had their own kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, thermostat and laundry. We had two families of 4. So we were together but essentially each had our own condo.25 minutes to Zion National Park and 20 minutes to Sand Hollow State Park. Both of which are wonderful. The only negative review I have is that there was not a spice rack of any kind. If you...

「Overall, I recommend this property! It’s very spacious, private, clean, and easily houses 4 people. The host was super responsive, and the listing is completely accurate.
A couple of quick notes for future guests: as noted in the description, the only access is via an exterior metal staircase (take care as it gets a bit slippery when wet). The balcony view isn't the best, and the patio furniture was pretty dusty and could use a wash. Otherwise, a great stay!」

「The Riv was a beautiful, quiet spot with great views. I could tell everything in the space was well thought through and intentional. We split our time at Zion between the Riv and another hotel closer to Springdale and I found myself missing the private setting of the Riv. Their customer service is wonderful and Melissa was very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend the Riv!」

「Nice, clean house in quiet neighborhood with a lovely back yard. Excellent A/C which was much appreciated as temps were in the 100's while we were there. About 1/2 hour to Zion. About 2 hours to Bryce, north rim of Grand Canyon, & Las Vegas. Communication with host was great. She was very helpful with information on the area. Easy check in and out. Would highly recommend. So much better than a hotel!」
