“A very simple but nice stay in jaipur near the airport, Sheerha residency is good on a budget. There is nothing groundbreaking about it, it is a pitstop near the airport that provides convenience and rest. What elevated the stay was the very sweet and respectful staff. Our booking was minutes before our arrival and yet they still handled it with grace and were helpful throughout our stay. The bathroom was a bit underwhelming, and my rather cleanfreak partner struggled a bit. Nothing crazy but……

The temporary arrangements on the first floor are chaotic and severely compromise the quality of stay. The staff across the property is shockingly rude, unprofessional, and completely lacks basic customer service skills. At breakfast, the situation was nothing short of a mess — no proper greeting, no coordination, and……

“Was told Laundry would be 70 rupees per load and was charged 2830 rupees. While luxury is in the name it is not luxurious. The rooms are average but they do offer some amenities.”

The restaurant staff ensured that everyone were comfortable and always asked if I wanted something else to eat. Many thanks to the doormen who were always welcoming. Property very clean.”

“I had contacted them multiple times to ensure that I had an airport pickup. There was no airport pickup and I had to wait a long time after re-contacting them at landing. And then the driver went and parked in parking and I had to walk over there in the extreme heat. This was completely unacceptable”
