Lack of linen for beds. Only 2 sheets. A/c’s work good, however one drips on the balcony floor and makes it a slipping hazard when you walk in with wet feet. Price is high for what it is, unless you’re looking for close proximity to the airport. Very secure location. Security is everywhere and very vigilant. Would stay...

""I had a wonderful stay at the Insular, thanks to the outstanding views, lush landscapes, and the rich history of the property. The food was delicious and the staff were incredibly welcoming. However, I was disappointed by the condition of the beach. There was a significant amount of debris and garbage flowing from the canal, to the point where I found myself picking up litter during my visit. With a bit more attention to beach maintenance."
