We welcome LONG TERM basis guests.
Public transportation is a short walk away from the home.
Large private backyard with covered patio. We rent the basement out separately as a short term rental on another platform. If you’d like to rent the basement as a part of your stay, please let us know.

Fit our Needs

This property was as advertised and fit our needs. Towels were missing from the restrooms so there was no way to easily dry our hands. The shower in the on-suite bathroom didnt appear to have been cleaned recently. Overall, it was a comfortable place to stay.

Good value, manager seems very controlling and literally sent email when he thought I had checked out and I did not check out yet. Lots of cameras for "safety". Cannot control the AC, but to certain limits. Good value, horrible management.

Good access to airport/Sobeys Stadium

This property's location was great for our needs - close to the airport and the tennis tournament. There were many great restaurants in the area. But the property had been cleaned poorly. Guests were asked to remove shoes upon entering but the carpet up the steps was already soiled with loose dirt and leaves. The carpet on the stairs was heavily stained. In the kitchen, the strainer in the sink had food in it and the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes. The refrigerator door seals were black with mold. And there was food (6 eggs) from a previous occupant. The backyard was unkempt and uninviting. There was also mold in the grout of both showers. We travel with Lysol spray and disinfecting wipes so we cleaned as best we could upon entering the property. But we shouldn't have to do that. There were no instructions for connecting to the TV but the owner responded immediately to our questions.

Lots of small things were damaged, like the door knobs, the blinds, flooring in some areas, the main door. The backyard was a mess. The shower area was very small.

Pleasant stay

Its not a luxury place, but it's definitely cozy and decent place for my short trip. Family lives downstairs and is pretty loud at some times of day, but it didn't bother me since i also came from a large family with constant noise. Host is kind and responsive. Would stay there again.
