Hello! This non-shared suite is a newly built basement of my house and located in a safe and peaceful neighborhood. You have access to the entire basement, can enter through the separate side entrance of the building, Wi-Fi parking is included. It's perfectly situated, few minutes away from Bus stops, major Highways, Shopping mall, Brampton Downtown, Parks, Banks, Grocery, GO station and Sheridan College, 20 minutes drive to Pearson Airport, 40 minutes drive to Toronto Downtown.Enjoy your stay!!

The space
The Suite: The guest have access to the entire one bedroom basement.The suite has spacious bedroom with a double bed and a closet,living room with TV (connected to Internet), 2 twin beds, kitchen, own private washroom, storage room and shared Laundry room.

Accessories:The bedroom comes with fresh clean linens.The Kitchen is equipped with stove (with oven), refrigerator/freezer combo, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, plates, cups,bowls, glasses, a frying pan and cutlery. I provide towels, shampoo, body wash, face wash, toothpaste and toilet paper.
