Beautiful house in a quiet residential area, but not far from the shops on Dundas in the Junction. The rooms were nice and comfortable, and the wifi was even throughout the house. There were some essentials missing from the kitchen, but easily adaptable.

The house is wonderful for large groups. The kitchen is well equipped ( could use tea towels or paper towels for clean ups ) and also has a BBQ on the patio. Rooms are beautifully decorated and cozy. Back porch and lighting very pretty. Available parking on site was nice. The house was cold when we arrived but heated up quickly. Would appreciate instructions on location of thermostats and preferred settings, check out, etc.Communication could have been better particularly as WIFI provided was incorrect and luckily we guessed at it while waiting a day for host response.

Two of the six bedrooms were unable to be used during our stay. Bees seemed to have made a home in the roof and were getting into the house. The owner (who was not the same person listed as the host) sent the property manager to take care of it, but did not find where they were coming in, so the problem was not really fixed. The manager was also in and out multiple times for a separate issue with the washing machine, which we were notified about only hours before. The owner was at least communicative, but this led to the stay just feeling uncomfortable overall and not very relaxing.

Le logement était propre et vraiment spacieux quand vous êtes nombreux comme nous étions .Super bien situé, transport en commun à proximité, épicerie ….Point négatif : une seul climatisation pour une si grande maison n’est pas suffisante,nous étions 11 c’était très difficile de rafraîchir la maison car la climatisation est situé seulement en haut , les chambres au 1er et le RDC il faisait vraiment très chaud

Spacious, Stylish, Roomy House Hotel

Owners were excellent communicators, the house is a few minutes away by foot from Dundas St W strip, and the house is stylish, spacious and well appointed. Highly recommend.
