Lovely newer neighbourhood. Unit was very spacious with 2 bedrooms and a 3rd bed in the living room. Linens and towels were nice and white. There were a few handy-man issues to be attended to in the unit such as missing knobs on the stove, Flooring missing transistions, some messy caulking work, but otherwise great. Nice pool, gym and sauna as well.

The condo was fine. It's definitely well used, but the view is great. It was a place to crash and central enough that most of Toronto's hotspots are within a 30mins walk. ie Rogers Centre, Budweiser Stage etc.

We adore the place. my wife wanted to stay more, but we had to leave the place. For sure, next time to Toronto and we will surely check for the same room as we loved the balcony on the street. Also, help was amazing with staff as i called and had answers to all my questions. The building is amazingly clean and also the people living there are kind.

I received a WhatsApp message the morning of check-in with a link to “complete registration” which twice did not work. (When travelling overseas companies have used WhatsApp so I didn’t immediately think anything of it). The rep wanted me to screen share my phone to verify me instead which I refused. This left me wondering if the arrangement was shady. Only on refusal the second time, & after already arriving at the property did I receive the check-in email and that was only 20 minutes before official check-in. Also a window blind for one of the bedroom glass doors was missing. The location and room itself, however, were quite nice.

Excellent location although the suite was in dire condition and needed maintenance in many aspects. Some examples…. Floors missing transitions, drywall cut out of closets and bedroom, damaged blinds, window not operational, flooring loose, stove missing controls, door knobs loose including entry door. Entire suite requires wall repairs and painting in most areas. Bathroom fan not operational

This is a beautiful condo building with a 24 hour concierge, so you feel secure. You will receive a link to pay your deposit that you will get back at the end of the stay. This is legitimate , and the check in process is done ahead of time which saves you having to do it upon arrival. It's straight forward and easy. The owner was professional and informative and available if you had any questions or concerns. The unit was lovely and clean. I It was a home away from home and had all the things you'd need , including a full kitchen with a stove, dishwasher, microwave and full size fridge. The unit came stocked with all the usual kitchen things you'd need. The unit was very quiet and I liked the fact that it had a balcony with a sliding door so you got some fresh air. It is only a 7-10 uber fare away from Union Station, Rogers Centre / CN Tower / Ripley's aquarium. Great place!

Privacy and coffee not provided ;)

It was a good space to use for an overnight trip. The view is truly excellent and the space is adequate. There are peculiarities in this unit, however. For example, the second and third “bedrooms” have no privacy— one has sliding clear glass walls and another is a den with no door. There is only one real bedroom, and it’s good, with privacy and an en-suite and a great view. In the kitchen, there is no coffee actually available—there’s a pod coffee maker with no pods and giant tins of coffee grounds, but nothing in which to filter coffee. The check-in process involved WhatsApp requests to officially register and pay a deposit—this made me nervous, cause I booked through hotels.com and expected communication through that app only, but it all worked out fine. I got my deposit back reasonably quickly.

Our confirmation booking from Expedia was for a different address then the company sent us. They sent a text and a WhatsApp message asking for a deposit. Very sketchy. Called the company directly to confirm, they didn't send check in instructions until after check in time. No parking on site, we had to pay $110 for a night of parking 1 km away. Room was nice and fairly clean, but there were holes in the walls, dirty walls, broken flooring, stain on the couch. Picture of apartments on booking site are not the buildings you are staying in.

The place is beautiful and the area is pretty convenient. However the cleanliness needs some improvement. We found trash in the bin when we arrived, which gives the feeling that nobody cleaned in between rentals. Also the shower courtains were a bit dirty. Other than that, the property looks well maintained and the customer service was on point.

The place was clean, we had everything we needed. They were excellent at responding quickly! Excellent location though parking was way too expensive but I guess it’s the area! Just wanted to be clear that this is not a hotel but an air bnb. I wasn’t aware going until I was getting calls on watsapp for the security deposit. Then after you pay that (in the parking lot) you get instructions on entry into the condo apartment. We found door closed so we had to say we were visiting someone. The bed was not Comfortable and the dining room chairs are broken. I was really looking forward to a nice comfortable bed and hotel sheets so that was a bit unfortunate. I wish they said it right at booking that it’s an air bnb condo that an individual runs so I prepare myself.

Nice location, but mediocre for cleanliness.

The unit is in a beautiful location a short walk to the Rogers Centre or about 30 minutes to the Scotiabank Arena. The unit in general is in a safe building and has an adequate size for one or two people. Now for the not so great stuff. You get 2 bath towels and 2 facecloths, but that’s it. There is a Keurig, but no pods. There is a can of coffee and filters, but no coffee maker. The batteries were dead in the remote, so no way to watch tv. I was only staying one night, so it wasn’t worth contacting the owner over. The carpet in the bedroom is filthy. It clearly has not been cleaned in years, if ever. The bed is ok, but it’s solid foam and very firm. The pillows suck, so if you’re picky about pillows, bring your own. The window in the bedroom is broken and cannot be fully closed. The blinds in the bedroom are very sheer and don’t darken the room. I was literally only there long enough to sleep, which was adequate, but some things need attention.

A sad rental apartment, not a hotel.

NOT a hotel. It's a small apartment in a large apartment complex advertised as a hotel. Check-in was a nightmare. Never received any instructions until I was there and called to ask. Had to pay deposit online and then got instructions. Nothing had been sent before. Pros - great location walking distance from transportation, shopping, groceries - dishwasher, microwave - cookware, dinnerware provided - front desk staff was nice - bed was comfy CONS - no COLD water! No matter how I adjusted the knob, it was hot hot hot. I couldn't shower. - carpets were soiled - couch was soiled - nowhere to put our bags except on dining room table or kitchen counter. No dresser or other landing space. Nowhere to settle your belongings. Had to keep everything packed. - toilet seat was about to come off the toilet, wobbled when you sat down. - dining room tabletop was falling apart - I didn't note a carbon monoxide detector (illegal?) - wall art was a framed plexiglass that still had the printed protective cover, and the art was taped to the outside - there's a gym (listed in amenities) and a pool, but guests are not allowed to use it (false advertising) - bedroom window was stuck open. If you tried to close it, you could feel the gears stripping in the gearbox. The window stayed open our entire stay. - a TV on the wall with Roku, no TV stand. Wires hanging out. - TV screen kept going black/blank

Got this property for a mini staycation with my friend. Staff was easy to get ahold of; place was clean and quiet; great, super walkable location. You will have to submit photos of your license or passport in order to check in, which I was unaware of until 1 hour before checking in - they wait until that time to send you some very last minute check-in instructions, so be aware. I had issues with parking due to instuctions being unclear from both the property owners and the concierge at the front desk - there's a button on the fob to access parking, not an area to swipe the fob itself. Do not go across the street to park, as the concierge told me. Due to these issues the property owners gave me a late check out. The room itself was exactly as advertised, except that we only had 3 full sized towels between the two of us - no hand towels, no bath mat. I was confused by this but we made do. I didn't find the rest of the towels until a few hours before we left, because I decided to do a load of laundry and found all the towels, bathmat, and extra sheets in the dryer. Not sure if this was a cleaning staff error, and I should've clarified if they had extra towels, but it was annoying. The AC didn't work. They tried to get me to turn it on and off before sending a repairman. He comes and says the entire motor is shot, and parts will come next week. I asked the owners for compensation as we were sleeping with the door open so we didn't overheat, but they never gave any.

Abundance of pictures of the various suite made it difficult to figure out what room you were getting. Staff was great. Room was clean with a great view. Room could use some maintenance to freshen it up. Excellent location. Would stay again and recommend.
