FIRST LEVEL: Cook’s delight full-service kitchen including Keurig Coffee machine, pots, pans, KitchenAid mixer, Crockpot, dishes, microwave, toaster, commercial warmer and purified water faucet. Help yourself to everything in the Pantry, Freezer and Refrigerator. Dining Room table (custom hand made one-of-a kind) comfortably seats eight. Also in Dining Room is a Fire TV as well as Stratocaster Guitar and amp ready to play. The Family Room has two relaxing recliners, a cozy sofa and a giant comfy porch swing – excellent for relaxing conversation or streaming your favorite movies on the 8k TV with full surround sound. The guest bathroom includes a fold down shower chair, hair dryer, fresh new towels. Separate dedicated heating / cooling system for this floor – thermostat in Dining Room.
SECOND LEVEL: Master suite has a California King Sleep Number mattress, ceiling fan, two end tables w/ charging stations, giant window with spectacular view, walk in closet, TV with Firestick, and wall safe. Master Bath includes Shower, heated Bidet, Soaker Tub, well-lit mirrors, hair dryer, fresh new towels. En Suite has a Queen Sleep Number mattress, including mirrored closet storage, work desk w/ river view, printer, document shredder. Also an Acoustic Guitar – ready to play. Third Bedroom has a California King Bed and closet. All beds have fresh new linens, pillows and comforters – including new bedding for air mattresses as needed. Separate dedicated heating / cooling system for this floor – thermostat in En Suite.
EXTERIOR: Epic front porch experience with full view of Ohio River including giant porch swing, tables and chairs, side porch, large backyard for throwing frisbee, football, etc. The River Lot across the street is yours to enjoy – including a Fire pit stocked with firewood, relaxation bench on the shoreline, sled riding in the winter and your own 120’ x 12’ boat launch ramp – excellent to fish from. Frequent sightings of deer and bald eagles at the river.
BASEMENT: Sound system, two wireless microphones for karaoke, dart board, black lights, fantastic party lights, game table, washer and dryer.
