I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. We checked in on Saturday, July 26, at 4:00 PM. There were two staff members at the reception a female and a male. Unfortunately, they were extremely unprofessional. There was no greeting or welcome; instead, they were engaged in a personal conversation talking in their language and laughing loudly, which made me feel uncomfortable.
We were assigned room 224, which was not properly cleaned. While the bed was made, the bedsheets had clearly not been changed from the previous guest. There were visible hairs and makeup stains on the pillowcases. The bathroom was in an unacceptable condition—the tub was very dirty, and the entire floor was filthy.
I went back to the front desk to address the issue. When I mentioned that the room had not been cleaned, the female staff member cut me off and asked, “Was the bed made?” When I said yes, she insisted that the room was clean. I explained that it was not and I took videos as proof, they exchanged looks, and the female staff asked to see the video before reluctantly switching us to room 114, which was cleaned.
Although the second room was acceptable, the attitude and behavior of the staff were extremely unprofessional and unwelcoming. This was my first and will absolutely be my last time staying at this hotel.
