This is my Farmer best location in Toronto. Well located next to all the high-end stores. The service here is next level. Clean and the restaurant is delicious. Try the lobster spoons !

Much better than the Shangri-La In terms of staff they were much nicer and understanding. Gave us an upgrade, and wanted to make sure the stay was great. Only complain is the phones in the room didn’t work and we had to go down to reception to let them know

Beautiful hotel with attentive service. The hotel kindly upgraded us to a better room when they found out we are celebrating our 10 year anniversary. They also left a bottle of wine and chocolate strawberries in our room upon arrival. Wonderful gestures that helped make our stay even more memorable. We enjoyed the pool and the spa facilities and would definitely recommend the hotel for a stay in the heart of Toronto.

I managed to get some horrific food poisoning while in Toronto and I am absolutely sure had I been in any other hotel but The Hazelton I won’t be as well cared for in the most motherly and tender way!!! Best hotel in Toronto , best service and best location !!! Thank you everyone who took care of me I am extremely grateful !!! Shanna

This was a solo trip and I couldn’t have picked better accommodations, clean and beautiful. Restaurant amazing! Staff was super friendly, and the hotel was pristine. Will be staying there again! So worth it .
