Location and the building itself are great. The unit is not: the main issue is the photos provided in the listing, with exception of one, the rest are for another much larger unit, SO MISREPRESENTATION. In addition the unit was not that clean, no shelf nor clothes hanger space (all taken by many towels and bedsheets!) Things that did not work are: built-in oven, counter top microwave (its wire is all burnt and melting, clear fire hazard), bathroom exhaust fan, TV remote does not turn the TV ON / OFF nor control the sound volume. Missing items: water kettle, window blinds, just low quality fabric hanging on a sagging rod, we did not try it but the owner explained that there is an issue with clothes wahser. To top it all there were two large industrial fans (the type used to dry up floors after water flooding) left in this tiny unit, we were quickly advised could not leave them outside in the corridor, as is he did not know that we are going be staying there.

Property condition was poor to fair with need of a deep cleaning, multiple areas of minor maintenance (like lumpy uncomfortable mattress, light bulbs, remote batteries, curtain rods, painting, tile grout, baseboard molding, etc., to name a few). The photos are deceptive, as they are representative of a different unit than the studio. The location is fantastic and the most favorable aspect. Desk at entry is staffed by security personnel and only address security issues and are otherwise not helpful. Wouldn’t stay again or recommend until maintenance and cleaning issues are addressed.

The unit was very clean and comfortable. The location was great, it is close to shopping and many restaurants. Getting around was easy with transit stations close by. I will definitely be staying here again as I visit Toronto often.

This was a last minute booking. The communication was great. The information was accurate. My only problem with the property was the temperature of the unit. It was ICE COLD. Understandably, the unit is rented out from time to time and it’s unoccupied otherwise, but it was so cold in the unit from the time that I arrived until the time I left. Further context: when I arrived at 3pm, I was greeted, and brought up to the unit. When I got in the unit I instantly felt cold. I turned up the temperature to 80 degrees (was at 55 when I walked in) Fahrenheit, left at 415 and came back at 1am and it only went up to 60 when I got back. In the morning (6am) it got to 70. Regardless, the temperature was only real issue. I do want to thank you for the clear and prompt service and clear communication
