“Posizione ideale, camera accogliente, bagno pulito, grande, funzionale. Colazione ricca ma sopratutto di ottima qualita' con personale disponibile e gentile.”

“Solid, economical hotel. Single business traveler on a budget. Small, comfortable, quiet room, generous breakfast included. Many families with children booked the hotel which gave my stay a homey feel. No restaraunt but well located in walkable distance to several local spots. Public transportation accessibility made getting around to main Bergamo sites convenient. (A parking facility is available if needed.) Walking distance to train station. I liked the historic atmosphere of the hotel and the……

“非常好的小型酒店，接待人员非常热心帮忙，酒店设施极好，但酒店所在市中心街道都是单行线，确实比较难找，看不到明显的招牌，那些开车前往的人需要提前详细了解，但总的来说，是一家难得的好酒店”

“I had a ten day stay. My room was very dark like a cave.. I was unable to look out a window unless I climbed on a bed and even then I could not see much. I understand that they may have been fully booked at a point. I just kind of felt that from my check-in experience and encounter with the front desk; I was given this last resort room. I had traveled for 22 hours and just wanted a shower when I arrived. Breakfast was okay; cappucino machines were not always functioning so that was kind of……

“飯店打掃不確實，一進門就看到一雙臭襪子，房內電話也是壞的，甚至連wifi都只能用5個小時就斷線了”

“Stunning views, fantastic location, super friendly staff made my two boys felt at home, dinner at the hotel was the best in Bergamo, outdoor breakfast was amazing, rooms were big and clean, aircon super cold even during heat wave, great location for hiking and biking, not too many rooms means not super busy which is perfect. It is right next to the tram going up so you will hear a little rumbling. Highly recommend this place. One tip if you are going, don’t follow google map to its location……

“La struttura è pulita e il personale disponibile e cortese. Una pecca il bagno della camera: molto piccolo e trascurato e senza lavandino. Il lavandino si trova nella camera vicino al letto.”

“Hello, the room was generally clean. However, the handle for the shower head in the bathroom appeared to have damaged or peeling paint, which caused a small cut on my hand. We hope this can be checked, and that the next guest and cleaning staff can be careful. Also, the air conditioning system could not be adjusted to produce cool air, which made the room feel quite stuffy and uncomfortable. Please look into this. Thank you.”
