“Brand New Hotel, just opened 02/2026, room we stayed in is the basic room but felt like upgraded one. Very quite hotel. Staff absolutely outstanding and very helpful from check in to check out. Treated nicely with some desert delivered to our room as welcome food, just perfect nothing else can describe it. The location can’t be better, 4-5 minute walk from the lake. We will be back in the future. Please keep this level if the service and cleanliness. ”

L’appartamento è stato ristrutturato di recente ed è in ottime condizioni, con spazi ben organizzati e dotazioni adatte anche a una famiglia con una bambina piccola. La pulizia non era impeccabile in ogni dettaglio, ma comunque decisamente superiore alla media. Il self check-in, così come il ritiro e la riconsegna delle chiavi presso un deposito bagagli situato sulla stessa via dell’appartamento,……

“We stayed in the top floor room with the king bed and a sofa bed. It had a large terrace with a beautiful view of the lake. The room was perfectly quiet even when we slept in until 9:30. This is very rare to find in the city center! Two of my adult children slept in the sofa bed and said it was comfortable. The king bed was a tad bit stiff for my taste, but the pillows were soft and we all slept well. The breakfast was extensive with scrambled and hard boiled eggs, bacon, lunch meat, cheese,……

“It was a lovely stay with lots of room. There was great tv access and good appliances in the kitchen. The communication was clear and great and it’s in a great area as everything is walking distance. We had a lovely time and it was a really comfortable apartment. ”

“The room was clean, the view is great from the little balcony. Extremely spacious, located 3 min walking from restaurants. The Como Lago train m station is 1 min walking. The A/C worked perfectly. I will definitely stay here again if I ever come back. Communication with staff was not that great. They send me the instructions to check in the same day.”
