Elena on reception staff was excellent at helping with transport and advising on local points of interest, concierge Arriana was excellent at giving tips on local points of interest. Cons- no milk given in the rooms, kettle would be better than nespresso machine for tea drinkers. Overall a very pleasant stay with only minor recommendations. Staff cannot be faulted- they were amazing.」
