Hotel staff are nice in general but inadequate often at night time/slack hours. They just hide in the room and talking, only coming out to help when counter staff is asking.”

“It was a lovely experience with beautiful countryside views! Everything is 100% natural. People there are very friendly and can speak frequently English in addition to Spanish. Definitely worth visiting again with families to have a relaxing vacation or weekends!”

“It was an okay-ish stay. The place seemed was built with grandeur in mind but they haven't given it the proper upkeep recently. The thermostat was broken, the restroom's trashcan was broken; toiletries were what you would expect from a 2 star hotel. It was, however,very close from the airport and they provided a free shuttle. So it can be very efficient if you don't care too much about details and just want a place to crash for a couple of hours and take a basic shower.”
