Located in Torremolinos, Costa del Sol, this 43 sqm apartment accommodates up to 4 guests with 1 bedroom and 1 living room plus 1 bathroom. You will find a well-equipped kitchen, air conditioning throughout the property, television, WiFi, and a dedicated workspace. Additional amenities include an elevator and a baby bed available upon request.



Step outside to enjoy the shared outdoor pool, which is open during summer months from June to September. Please consult with the property owner for exact opening dates. The apartment offers spectacular mountain views and an excellent location just a 10-minute walk from the beach.



Events are not allowed on the property. Please note that free street parking is typically difficult to find in the area.



The apartment is completely new and equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. You will enjoy excellent connections to Málaga city center, the airport, Plaza Mayor shopping and entertainment area, and all coastal areas of Costa del Sol.
