Summary:
Welcome to Los Alamos and this lovely apartment located in Urb Alamar, less than 200m from the one mile beach of Torremolinos and the Mediterranean. The area around the apartment is quiet with the proximity to Plaza Major and McArthurGlen Designer Outlet and less than 5 minutes from Malaga airport. And just a couple of minutes walk from Los Alamos train station, which quickly takes you to Malaga airport, Malaga city, Torremolins, Fuengirola and Benalmádena.
The Space:
Nearby you also have supermarkets, restaurants, meeting places on the beach and much more. In the building there is also a community pool. There is also private parking in the garage. When you walk in the door, you're greeted by a brand new apartment home with an open floor plan between the kitchen and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, large fridge freezer, stove and oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and much more. Here you also have a breakfast bar. In the living room you have a comfortable sofa bed and a large smart tv. Further outside, on the balcony, there is a dining room with afternoon sun. The bedroom has a large comfortable double bed and its own cozy balcony with chairs. For the rest, the apartment is fully equipped with A/C in each room, private parking, community pool, dishwasher and washing machine, WIFI, Smart-TV and much more.
The cleaning fee includes one set of towels and linen per person.
To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products. It’s just a small starter package to help you settle in, but you’re welcome to stock up on anything else you might need during your stay!
Other Things to Note:
- Pools have very different opening times. Please inquire before booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay.
- We have travel cots and baby chairs available. Please inquire about our rates.
- no groups under 25y (except families)
- No smoking inside, no parties
- Excessive power use could lead to power outages due to hot lines and congested networks
- One set of linen, a bath towel, and a hand towel per person is included; pool towels are available for rent. Please contact us about the price.
- You might need to pick up keys from our office in Fuengirola centre upon arrival; however, the day before arrival, you will get all the information, as it depends.
