We stayed for four days in this lovely house and enjoyed every minute. It is difficult to find, but worth every effort in doing so. Good house, great garden (excellent for dogs), beautiful swimming pool and a lot of privacy in this house surrounded by palm nurseries. The nice beach of Torrenueva is close by (5 car-min.) and the trip to Granada / The Alhambra is around 30 car-min.

Grandfather

Lovely, spacious and well appointed property. The gardens are very well kept and all our needs were catered for. The children loved the space, pool and play area. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedding was fresh, clean and tidy. It is secure and safe environment and we will use it again. The owners are really nice people and were available if we needed anything. Good value for the money paid. Thank you to our host. James

Gepflegtes spanisches Landhaus mit wundervollem Garten

Das Haus und der grosse Garten waren wundervoll. Freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Im Garten gab es Avocados und Orangen. Wir hatten uns vorgestellt, dass wir zu Fuss an den Strand und in die Ortschaft gehen könnten. Das war nicht der Fall und wir mussten immer das Auto nehmen. Aber es waren trotzdem unvergessliche Ferien.

Wunderbare Erholungsoase

Wir waren mit der Familie 2 Wochen in dem Haus. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Es gab eine große Portion Obst und Kaffee als Begrüßungsgeschenk. Das Grundstück bitte Ruhe und absolute Privatsphäre. Der Garten ist wunderschön angelegt und sehr gut gepflegt. Der Pool ist prima zum Spielen und Schwimmen. Er wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Das Haus bietet alles was die Familie braucht. Die Ausstattung ist umfassend. Wir haben viel Zeit auf der Terrasse verbracht und oft gegrillt. Alles prima. Der Strand ist mit dem Auto in fünf Minuten erreichbar. Dinge für den täglichen Bedarf können in Supermärkten in ca 10 Minuten Entfernung eingekauft werden. Zwei Mal in der Woche ist Markt in Motril, dort kauft man am Besten Obst und Gemüse. Absolut empfehlenswert! Vielen lieben Dank an Carmen und Manolo! Auto

Urlaub in einer Oase

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub für vier Wochen. Das Haus erinnert an eine Oase. Ein wunderschönes großes Grundstück mit einem riesigen grünen Garten und vielen Obstbäumen. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und hat absolut alles, was man braucht. Der Pool ist fantastisch. Man braucht allerdings auf jeden Fall ein Auto. Es ist nichts in der Umgebung, was zu Fuß zu erreichen ist (Restaurants, Lebensmittel, Strand).

Un lugar tranquilo, una estancia muy agradable

Es una casa muy cómoda y divertida para los niños, fuimos a mediados de Mayo y el tiempo nos acompañó, unos días estupendos. La piscina genial y la barbacoa fabulosa. Los propietarios Maricarmen y Manuel muy amables y atentos, siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Todo muy limpio y bien cuidado. Esperamos volver sin duda alguna.

La mejor casa de la Costa Tropical

Estamos tan contentos con el alojamiento que hemos querido hacer un vídeo y subirlo a youtube para agradecer la hospitalidad de Mari Carmen y Manolo, los dueños de este maravilloso alojamiento rural, " El Amanecer ". Podéis ver un tour por la casa aquí: https://youtu.be/R9nuqZOeJpc Un idílico paraíso en Motril, Granada, conocida como la costa tropical de España. Una maravillosa casa con todos los detalles, un fabuloso jardín con frondosos arboles frutales, espectaculares aguacates y chirimoyas, donde nuestros peludos disfrutaron como enanos, gracias por acoger con amor a nuestros perretes. Preciosas zonas de relax y de ocio, también para los para pequeños de la casa, y una zona Chill out que nos da paso a una preciosa piscina de aguas cristalinas, que Manolo se encarga de limpiar y preparar, para que cada mañana sea un placer disfrutar de un baño con esa temperatura perfecta que caracteriza a esta zona de España. Y aunque en este video solo os mostramos la casa, podemos decir que la playa esta muy cerca y que son playas preciosas y sobre todo, algo muy importante para nosotros, había a menos de 15 minutos una playa para perros, limpia y muy bien cuidada. Los restaurantes de la zona increíbles, deliciosos arroces y pescados, pero eso lo dejaremos para otro video. Han sido unas vacaciones inolvidables, donde hemos podido relajarnos, cargar las pilas y hasta grabar nuevos videos para este canal. Volvemos con fuerza para comenzar el curso y todo gracias a este paraíso, volveremos una y mil veces. Desde este humilde canal, os recomendamos " El Amanecer " como lugar de vacaciones y desconexión. Una experiencia que no olvidareis. Gracias a Mari Carmen y Antonio por ser tan fantásticos y cuidar todos los detalles, nos sentimos como en casa.

Das Haus mit dem phantastischen Garten ist ein kleines Paradies! Es hat nichts gefehlt. Alles war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Herrliche Ruhe. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Da das Haus sehr versteckt liegt, hatten wir uns an einem Supermarkt getroffen und wurden zum Haus gebracht. Wir haben noch viele Besichtigungstipps im nahen Umfeld bekommen. Es war ein perfekter Urlaub.
