“Felt like home; like a local. Stayed here before and after hiking the O Circuit. The host was fast responding to inquiries. They stored our excess luggage for one week while we were hiking, and let us leave the luggage and packs on checkout for a few hours so we could enjoy the town a few more hours on foot. They had one and two bedroom options; the latter served well for a party of four adults. The kitchenette was equipped and useful with a two burner stove, sink, fridge, microwave and……

“I booked this 2 days, maybe 3, in advance. The property never sent me a confirmation. Nothing. I arrived in Puerto Natales and took a taxi to the property. They never heard of me. Wouldn't let me in. I had to scramble to book another hotel, on the spot, for more money. This booking was "unrefundable". So, I'm out for 4 nights of payment and got NOTHING FOR IT. I will NEVER book a VRBO on Orbitz or Expedia again. What a horrible experience. ”

“Pros: Nicely appointed, good heating, lots of daylight, kitchen with lots of utensils Cons: Tepid shower, terrible wifi, leaky plumbing in the bathroom causing the floor to be wet all the time. We stayed 4 days, the place was never cleaned. I had to take out the trash myself and find the maid to for toilet paper.”

“A few things broken and others didn’t work, we approach the right person to complain but nothing happened. Only excuses and blame others. NEVER in 6 days they turn up to do the cleaning, or give us fresh towels, and the list keep going. I understand that’s a “cheap” or a “budget” accommodation, but to that extreme? NEVER go back to that place and I don’t understand how Expedia doesn’t check the quality of those places or un least you can demand some levels or standards too meet to get the right……

“Food is very good. Pool and and sauna are well maintained. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Everyone is great. The view is just amazing.”

“Great spot to stay near Torres del Paine. Service was excellent and very accommodating to our schedule. Room was cleaned daily. Showers had hot water. Dinner was excellent and breakfast was good. Would highly recommend.”
