This cozy apartment is located in Torrevieja, Alicante - a place of high scenic and environmental value on the Mediterranean Sea.



It is located in a residential block with a communal pool and magnificent views of the city. With 2 bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a spacious living room, this vacation apartment offers you modern comfort for a wonderful vacation.



In the surrounding area there are numerous restaurants and bars where you can taste delicious Mediterranean cuisine. Only 1 km away you can reach the beach, which is ideal for relaxing walks on the beach. There is a supermarket just 400 meters away and a restaurant 300 meters away. Buses leave for the center of Torrevieja every 30 minutes.



Torrevieja is a popular tourist destination on the Costa Blanca and enjoys more than 300 days of sunshine a year. You can take a walk along the promenade and try regional cuisine in restaurants and bars. In the northeast of the city is the nature reserve Las Lagunas de La Mata, where you can hike and bike.

Propriété calme aucun bruit. Piscine propre et vous nagez tranquillement malgré c'est une piscine collective Apparemment chaude en été car il ny a pas la climatisation juste ventilateur qui marche avec l'eau Plage pas loin et ville très sympa Très belle expérience
