Lovely Appartment. Pool area wonderful. Rooftop terrace was amazing. Would recommend this property for a family of 4 but as it’s a penthouse apartment there are a lot of stairs and if you have young children bear this in mind.

The place is brand new and quite nice.i felt a bit bored,no much things to do except swimming pool.You need a car,I thought it would be nearer from the beach and activities .You dont feel in Spain,if you want to meet Spanish person it is not the right place .

Bij aankomst was het snel duidelijk dat er voorheen zeer oppervlakkig gekuist was. De verlichting zijn nog steeds halogeen spots. Het wasrek was om vies van te worden. Ooit was fit wit , nu grijs en versleten. De loungeset boven was doorweekt. Het zonnescherm werkte niet en ziet er versleten uit. Niet alles was slecht. Ruime kamers met goede bedden en een tof interieur. Let wel op je leeft in een visbokaal. Iedereen ziet jou en jij ziet iedereeen.

Appartement magnifique et bien placé par contre attention les tarifs de l électricité à payer sont très très chers et excessifs .je comprends de payer s il y a dépacement mais on a dû payer 84 euros en plus alors que nous avions fait très attention.un voisin qui avait loué l an passé nous a dit qu on lui avait demandé 370 euros en plus !! Je ne reprendrai pas cette location à cause de ça et c est dommage car après l appart est bien Le kW/ heure en Espagne doit être très cher car encore une fois nous avons fait très attention mais j ai fais l erreur de ne pas vérifier le chiffre du compteur à l arrivée pour pouvoir protester

Très belles prestations

Nous sommes très contents de notre séjour dans l’appartement qui offre de très belles prestations intérieures et extérieures, il est très bien équipé. La résidence est calme, très sécurisée et très bien entretenue . La piscine est super grande et aussi bien entretenue. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les échanges avec Johanna et Patric qui ont été nos hôtes d’accueil sur place et nous les remercions pour leur réactivité (gaz à changer pour la plancha) et leur ponctualité lors de notre arrivée et départ. Le toit terrasse offre une belle vue. Nous reviendrons sûrement et avec plaisir 😁

Superb apartment

Apartment was better than expected, outside space was brilliant for sun bathing, sitting and cooking. Pool area always clean. Location was a 10 mins walk to collection of bars and restaurants (The Bridge). Also within 20 mins walk another collection of bars and restaurants (Abbey tavern area). We had a car but could have used taxis and bus to get around. Beach at Cabo Roig (10min drive)was worth going to for water sports etc.. good Indian restaurant (Mumbai Blue) and Pizza (sole Luna) along with pub with pool tables on other side of N332 (across bridge) go carts great if a little on the expensive side but worth the money. Would return to this area. Traveled with wife and two teenagers.

Appartement confortable dans un quartier résidentiel calme

Check in et out aisé, bel appartement, bien aménagé, avec tout le confort nécessaire. La terrasse sur le toit est très agréable pour les repas du soir. Il est juste dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de transats à la piscine, ce qui serait plus confortable pour profiter de l'infrastructure.

Mooi gebouw maar toch geen zorgeloos verblijf

Mooi appartement met super leuk terras op bovenverdieping, zeer vlot inchecken en goed te bereiken contactpersoon. Voldoende servies, glazen, bestek,.. aanwezig. Frigo koelde niet, werd dag nadien andere gebracht waardoor we dag geen gekoelde drank hadden en hoger verbruik electriciteit doordat de frigo constant opsloeg om te kunnen koelen. Dag 2 was gas van buitenkeuken leeg, kregen te horen dat gas niet inbegrepen was. Uiteindelijk na melding dat volledig uitgeruste keuken in advertentie staat toch nieuwe gasfles gebracht. Een minpunt is dat je langs straat moet om naar zwembad te gaan.
