There is a fantastic natural area around Torrevieja and you can go on tours on foot and by bike in the impressive protected natural park Las Lagunas de la Mata. The pink lagoon also offers you a special nature experience, as not only the pink water is a special sight, but also the wild flamingos foraging in the water.
