Private Bungalow with Solarium, Double and twin bedrooms

This sunny, attractive 2-bed bungalow is well maintained and fully equipped for a family or a couple's holiday. In addition to access to the beautifully maintained communal pool just 200yds away, the bungalow also boasts a private large roof-top sun terrace. Being within walking distance of several supermarkets and La Habaneras, a modern shopping centre which also offers free WiFi access, a car is not necessarily required. There are plenty of local cafes and restaurants (most offer free WiFi), offering Spanish, Chinese, Indian, German, Turkish and Italian menus. We are close to the bus route, or just a 40 minute walk if you prefer to the vibrant coastal town of Torrevieja. The property is also very close to the salt lake for walking, cycling and bird watching. The windows are fitted with mosquito screens and shutters with additional security gates on the front and back doors and bars to the windows for added peace of mind.

Lovely Bungalow
Beautiful Bungalow in great location close to bars and shops. Owner Suzanne is lovely and most helpful. She arranged a bed gaurd for my granddaughter. Keyholder also very nice and helpful. Would recommend a stay here, it has everything you need with a fantastic roof terrace.

Muy contentos con la estancia. Apartamento muy limpio y muy comodo. Muy bonito y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos fabulosos dias de vacaciones. La terraza de fuera una chulada, y la azotea de arriba para por las noches una maravilla. Repetiremos!

Just Like Home
This bungalow was so inviting, comforting, perfect! We felt so at home that we didn't want to even leave to explore the city! The bungalow was clean, well stocked with all kitchen amenities, books, linens, all daily life needs. It was a well kept facility, and the communication between myself and the property managers was always prompt and met our needs. Thank you so much Susanne! I will recommend it to everyone I know.

Super Bungalow - fantastic roof terrace
Great little bungalow with everything you need on the doorstep. Supermarket shops eateries and pubs just around the corner, all at great prices. Close to both salt lakes to walk and a lovely swimming pool just 2 minutes walk, did get a little busy at times, but we were there in August in a heatwave! Torrevieja is a little far out at about 40 minutes walk but you can get the bus, well worth the walk for the child friendly beach / bay and the night market / fun fair and ice cream parlours! Yum! Great atmosphere. You must visit the Friday market, about a 25 minute walk, the biggest in the area, great value leather goods, clothes, food ……almost everything! Another fantastic atmosphere and great to barter for bargains. Also the water park, Aquapolis, about 20mins walk. Make sure you pop into the Tourist Information Centre first to pick up your 25% discount voucher! The bungalow itself is comfortable, equipped with everything you could need. The sun roof is private and very large, perfect for sunbathing or evening meals. There are external lights so you can sit up there all evening, just make sure you have some good mosquito spray! The hosts are friendly and we used the transfers they recommended and everything went smoothly despite our flight being 2hours delayed! All in all a great value, relaxing holiday. 🙂

Brilliant Property + Location
Brilliant property in a really good location, close to shops, bars, + cafe's. Property is lovely + clean + well equipped. Contact with owner + key holder was excellent. We will definately be returning.
