Ok location but that’s all

Very unclean apartment. All pans and oven dirty. And had put wifi available, but there was no wifi. Also a very hot department during summertime, and for sure very cold at wintertime. Would not rent it again, even if the owner was easy to reach and communication good.

Strandwohnung

Leider mussten wir den Aufenthalt abbrechen weil viele Angaben nicht zutreffend. Laut Aussage vom Vermieter hat ein Raubüberfall stattgefunden. Kein Fernseher kein WLAN keine oder bzw nur 1 Bettdecke. Im groben gesagt eine runter gekommene Wohnung. Wir konnten nur 1 Nacht schlafen weil wir abends nicht so schnell eine andere Wohnung gefunden haben. Der Vermieter hat aber sich bereit erklärt nur die Nächte abzurechnen die wir dort waren. Wir sind am 4.3.24 um 16.00 Uhr angekommen und am 5.3.24 um 11.40 Uhr die Wohnung verlassen weil es vorher nicht möglich war die Übergabe der Schlüssel ordnungsgemäß abzugeben da die Person nicht erreichbar war. Und wurde dann 2. Tage berechnet vielen Dank.

Un piso normal , con una teraza grande

El piso la verdad que no es el mas lujoso, pero es acogedor , le falta el aire acondicionado y pequeños detalles. El propietario es una persona super legal. Probar que la verdad que alrededor hay unas playas súper bonitas . Saludos

Tout s'est bien passé

Appartement agréable de par sa position, on est vraiment en Espagne ! Les plages n'étaient pas loin, nous avions de l'air au 6° étage et pas de vis à vis. A recommander.
