不滿：整潔度

Unbefriedigend! Bitte nicht buchen!!!

Leider waren wir sehr enttäuscht von dem Urlaub. Es fing beim Check in an. Man sagte uns, dass wir alles in Bar bezahlen könnten. Jetzt war es aber sehr schwierig die Kaution in Bar zu bezahlen, da unser Flug zurück um 6uhr morgens ging und die Agentur für den Check out dann um 3uhr Nacht raus kommen musste um uns die Kaution wieder zu geben. Dafür wollten de einen Aufpreis von 20€ haben, was uns vorher nicht gesagt worden war. Ein Arbeiter hat uns das Haus gezeigt und die Türen aufgemacht, aber erklärt wurde gar nichts. Leider! Das warme Wasser war nicht angemacht worden und es wurde uns auch nicht gesagt. Überall war es sehr dreckig. Auf den Lampen und den Oberflächen war eine dicke Staubschicht. Es roch sehr muffig im ganzen Haus. Es klebte überall auf den Boden und auch in der Küche. Das Haus ist für 7 Personen ausgeschrieben, jedoch gab es nicht für jeden eine Gabel, Messer, Tasse und so. Kissen und Decken waren auch nicht für alle vorhanden und die Bettwäsche, die da war (auch zu wenig) war sehr dreckig und zum Teil kam da ganz viel Sand raus. Handtücher waren auch nicht genug da. Als wir der Argentur bescheid gesagt haben, dass hier viel fehlt, haben die sich lange nicht gemeldet. Man musste erst schreiben, dass man sonst persönlich vorbei kommen würde. danach haben die uns einiges gebracht, was im Haus fehlte, waren aber sehr unfreundlich. Ebenso haben die uns Putzsachen gebracht, damit wir für denen wohl das Haus putzen sollten. Das war eine Frechheit.

OK Place to Stay

Overall, the property was ok. We had some issues in the beginning as the phone number provided on VRBO for the listing was never answered even when I tried having VRBO call the property manager. Once we finally were connected we had to go downtown to pickup the keys which was a hassle. When we moved in we found the house to be extremely hot. While there is AC on the second floor where the living room and kitchen is, there is not any in the bedrooms. 2 of the 4 of us ended up sleeping in the living room to try to stay cool. We did request and received fans the second day in which helped but one bedroom was completely unusable due to how hot it got despite the fans. The location of the rental is great with only a short walk to the beach and to the bars. Location was the best part of the rental. Once check in issues was resolved we found the management company to be very responsive and were quick to try to address any issues that came up. While I would not rent this location again I would rent from the management company again as they were nice and responsive.
