「The room was clean, except for a used washcloth that was left on the shower curtain rod. The bed comfortable and blanket a nice added touch. The shower was nice and hot and it was great having the sink separate from shower/toilet. There was plenty of room to unpack. The steakhouse steak was delicious and the breakfast just what was needed before we set out.」

「This is very good value property to stay at if you are visiting Capitol Reef (and you should!). Room is fine for a couple of nights. Best features however are games room, laundry, and chickens. Highly recommended if you need to balance the budget after more expensive accommodation elsewhere」
