Great view, no parking

All great in relation to price, clean, safe and functional. Very central, beach and a couple of bars and restaurants just around the corner. Pool is clean and functional, not very beautiful but all ok according to price. The only negative point are the upper apartments which are poorly soundproofed - you hear nearly everything the other party is doing.

Superb spacious apartment with amazing views - fantastic value for money!

This large apartment was in a wonderful location with beautiful views over the marina and bay. The accommodation was not only spacious enough for two adults and three children but it was modern and very well equipped with two excellent bathrooms. We stayed for two weeks and felt entirely comfortable here, we especially enjoyed the large balcony that overlooked the fantastic pool. This complex felt very private and there were certainly no noise issues from the streetother residents. We felt at the price we paid it exceeded our expectations and we would certainly stay here again. The only thing that we didn´t like was the ´shared´ access ie. we shared an entry door with the guests upstairs, they used this door to access the pool area but this door was also our only access to get to our apartment. Having three small children we felt that this was not the best scenario when they were playing on the balcony. We think the apartment would benefit from having some sort of lockable gate at the top of the access stairs that lead to the balcony. This would not only prevent anyone from being able to get on to our balcony but would also prevent small children from being able to wander down the stairs to the pool area. I think that seeing as this apartment is aimed at families it having three bedrooms it should also provide some way to prevent small children from accessing pool.

Perfect location

Location of the accommodation is perfect and close to the beach and the little restaurants so no car is needed to get around. The view from the balcony is stunning. Apartment is decent, beds perhaps a little hard but still sleep fine. Only downside to the accommodation would be the absence of a parking spot for the car near the apartment, and the closest free parking spot is a fifteen minute walk away and on sand.

El apartamento es un diez en vistas. Algo incómodo por el acceso, o subes una cuesta o subes escaleras. No está adaptado para movilidad reducida. La puerta del apartamento es una zona de paso a la piscina de la cual tienen llave todos los demás apartamentos del edificio. La única llave que cierra el apartamento es la de la ventana corredera. Algo extraño ya que hay sitio para colocar una puerta exclusiva para este apartamento. La lavadora no funcionaba correctamente. Los colchones estaban muy deformados. El baño pequeño olía a gambas del restaurante de los bajos, supongo que comparte respiración ya que es un baño sin ventilación. Los inodoros tenían manchas interiores viejas. Se salva por la terraza y las vistas.

Joli appartement

Appartement clair et spacieux avec vue sur le port de l'Estartit. L'appartement avec terrasse donne sur la piscine de la résidence. Très bien pour un séjour hors période. L'appartement n'est pas insonorisé c'est le seul point négatif. Bien équipé en vaisselle et les draps sont fournis. Une très belle terrasse qui nous a permis de manger dehors au mois de janvier. Pas de parking attitré pas de problème pour janvier mais en saison cela doit être terrible vu le peu de place sur site. En résumé un très bel appartement pour le hors saison.

Super emplacement

Appartement idéalement situé proche de la plage et de tous les commerces et restaurants à pied. La piscine en cette saison est pratiquement privative. Ce qui ne doit pas être le cas en juillet et aout. Le seul inconvénient reste le parking....... Il faut se garer assez loin si on ne veut pas dépenser une fortune en parcmètres.

So good that we go back every year!

The location of this apartment is second to none. Brilliant views to wake up to and excellent service from Ceigrup Torrent staff who made our stay very easy. We love it and will come back next year. Everything was good and if I was to criticise anything, I would just being picky…I wish the area around the pool was painted white instead of its current grey…..I think the shower in the bathroom could do with updating/replacing…..air con would be good on very hot days….but as I said, that is just being picky!
