Welcome to the delightful 3-bedroom house in l'Estartit, offering accommodation for up to 7 people. With a spacious 85 m² layout and views of the swimming pool, this accomodation provides a comfortable and welcoming environment in the enchanting surroundings of the Montgrí Baix Ter Natural Park and near the renowned Marine Reserve of the Medes Islands.



Conveniently located, the property is just 200 meters from the supermarket, making grocery shopping easy and convenient. The town center is 1000 meters away, and the sandy beach is only 750 meters from the house, providing a great opportunity for seaside relaxation. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy the EMPORDÀ GOLF CLUB golf course located 9 kilometers away.



Situated in a lovely garden setting with garden furniture and a terrace, the house offers a tranquil atmosphere for your vacation. It also features an iron, communal swimming pool, and open-air car parking. Entertainment options include a TV, and Internet access is available according to availability (10€/day).



The electric independent kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, and toaster.

Super maison bien situé et endroit calme

Nous sommes arrivé le 25 juin et l’agence nous ont donné les clefs avant l’heure affichée donc super et la maison était bien propre, nous nous sommes vite installé pour profité de la piscine qui est super entretenu. Je tiens à dire que la television est un écran plat car sur les photos on aperçu une vieille télé, et sinon tout le nécessaire est dans la maison ( parasol, pend linge...)
