Location & View Top Notch but…

If the view and location wasn’t 5* this review would be a lot different. Modern apartment falling apart, not clean (the trundle bed frame was very dirty), sheets didn’t fit the double bed, no personal touches for guests. You literally get nothing but a place to stay. We have booked a lot of VRBOs, multiple on this trip, and this one was bare bones. Bring your own soap, own laundry detergent, own towels for washing dishes, if you are staying more than 1 night, bring toilet paper. ceiling fan remotes didn’t work so we used a/c all the time (shouldn’t have needed to if we had fans) Pluses: beds are comfy Kitchen has dishwasher and stove/oven View is to pure gold!!! There’s a washer 2 bathrooms (one shower) Minuses: 5 pools on the complex and only one was open and it was often too full to go Communication with property was rushed. It felt like we were keeping them from something more important Restaurant on sight was horrible (not the fault of the vrbo) just including

Tolle Wohnung in bester Lage. Leider waren die Pools der Anlage Anfang Oktober bereits geschlossen, daher insgesamt "nur" vier Sterne.

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön, insbesondere weil man das Meer von überall sieht. Die große Terrasse lässt einen die Aussicht genießen. Man hört das Meer immer, was traumhaft ist. Die Sauberkeit war nicht so top, da vor der Ankunft noch Reparaturarbeiten durchgeführt wurden. Die Wohnung ist für 5 Personen ausgelegt aber zum Beispiel auf der Terrasse ist nur ein kleiner Tisch mit zwei Stühlen, das ist etwas schade.

Buenas vistas y proximidad a la playa.

El piso estaba completamente nuevo y muy bien equipado. Todos los dormitorios con tv, ventilador de techo y aacc. La terraza es más pequeña que lo que aparenta la foto. Las vistas desde ella son muy buenas, con toda la línea de costa a la vista. La playa es de arena o arena y piedras. Muy cómodo que tenga zona de alquiler de hamacas Justo abajo. La zona es muy agradable.
