Positief, een fijn appartement, dichtbij het strand. Het complex heeft een heerlijk zwembad. Minpunt

Pros: Positief, een fijn appartement, dichtbij het strand. Het complex heeft een heerlijk zwembad. Minpunt is dat de standpijp van de riolering veel geluidoverlast geeft in ouderslaapkamer (overlast van douche en toiletbezoek drie bovenliggende etages). Er ontbraken ovenschalen. Verder is inventaris zeer compleet Top locatie voor zon/ strand, tocht in de Sierra Nevada, bezoek Malaga, Granada of Grotten van Nerja
