"Jon, our host, is truly an outstanding host! Add in the house, Limeberry Villa, and the beautiful view, and you have the ingredients for an amazing friend’s vacation! Jon met us and guided us to our villa where he had rum punches waiting to welcome us! He knows the area well and provided suggestions about restaurants and activities. Smuggler’s Cove Beach and Long Bay Beach were favs and uncrowded when we visited, even when a cruise ship was in port. We chartered a boat with Capt Deb’s at daytripsbvi.com for a day and snorkeled at Peter Island and Norman Island, and had lunch at Pirates Bight. Thank you Jon for sharing your villa!"

"The place was spotless and the staff was very warm and welcoming. The beach was right across the road so that was great and plenty food choices. Host was amazing. I’ll definitely stay there again and refer my friends."

"Great ocean view rooms with incredible decks on the water. Food was top notch for all meals and the beach is gorgeous with first class cabanas. Some negatives: the pool, gym and pickleball / tennis courts are across a small road. Not a huge deal but not ideal. Lots of mosquitos poolside so be careful. But the biggest negative is that the ocean is not swim-able due to huge rocks in the water. I saw zero people in the ocean over my 3 day stay. Zero! Maybe with some water shoes it could be done but not easily. Also, there is no food or beverage service in the beach. That is inconvenient. Lastly, while the food is excellent the servers are not. It feels like they are doing you a big favor by being your server and they charge for a coffee refill to boot. At $700-$1000 per night. Really? Great club for 2-3 nights but any longer than that and the negatives become tiresome. "

"This was an excellent place to stay! Great view from balcony, beach only a few steps away. Restaurant & bar on site & food was excellent. Different menu choices every day! Drinks were wonderful & staff was so wonderfully kind & enjoyable to talk to! "

"This hotel is a hidden gem! The lady at the front desk was a jewel! I called her 3x before we even arrived to ask her questions about early checkin and leaving our bags with her before we could checkin. She was so pleasant and helpful. The room was spacious with the most awesome view of the water. We even had a little kitchen as part of the room. It was very clean, had a great ac unit, and the bed was very comfortable. It was a great location, close to 3 restaurants and with a 15 min walk to the ferry. I would highly recommend this hotel! "
