And as this is an ecological house and wasting water is truly not right for mother earth, there is a simple switch you flick that circulates the hot water so that 60 seconds later, hot water comes out of the shower head and you don’t waste water waiting for it to become hot. Ingenious. On the second floor you have a great entertainment zone, a mezzanine lounge area that nestles under the roof, .. the TV cleverly hidden in a diptych artwork when not in use. On this floor we have two more double bedrooms, both beautifully furnished in timeless antique furniture. The two bedrooms share another avant-garde bathroom with a separate WC closet. But the absolute joy of this fabulous property is on the third floor where you have this conservatory with its own shaded balcony with vistas of the mountain ranges all around and the glisten of the blue Mediterranean in the distance.
