The hotel has no lift and we were on floors 3 and 4 We arrived on 17th and walked out on 21st. No one had cleaned the room or charged towels etc. However my legs could no longer manage all those stairs. Very basic breakfast The outside bar over the road is very noisy and this continues with shouting and laughing until 4 am (ear plugs are necessary) The hotel has a traditional appearance inside and it is such a pity that we could not endure the place.

The location is ideal for history and shopping. The staff were kind and friendly. The room was a little dated and the walls were a little thin as we could hear the people in the next room talking. The building itself is lovely.

Clean room however no A/C and was very hot in July. Also extremely loud at night as it seemed as though this hotel is situated right next to the only patio that is open late in Torun so we heard the noise most of the night. Bed was also not very comfortable. Breakfast looked a little sad for 49pln so opted for something else. Would look elsewhere next time. Location however was great.

Frühstück war ziemlich teuer, aber gut... zentrale Lage war sehr gut, direkt am Dom mitten im Geschehen :) Aufzug vorhanden. Keine tägliche Reinigung, nicht mal Müll weggebracht, ich war etwas irritiert. Vielleicht muss man an der Rezeption Bescheid sagen, oder ich hatte Pech... Sonst ok. Bett bequem Wasser heiß :)

Very limited parking avail, although at check in i reserved a parking spot, twice i had to look up for a parking. Cleaning of the room was not done everyday. Prior to arrivsl, and at checkin, i noticed the staff that i needed to check out a day early, initial response in both cases was that this was not an issue. However, at checkout, the staff was not able to do so so i was charged one extra night.

This is a lovely, cozy hotel in the heart of the old city. It was in a quiet area, with a comfortable bed and it has an elevator. I’m happy to recommend it and would stay there again.

Charming little town

Excellent location in old town only 100m from Visla river. Toruń was a surprise to us, not known beforehand but turned out to be a charming little town. Well worth a visit!

The location is excellent in the center of the historical town (UNESCO world heritage). Walkable, many restaurants, a few steps from the river. Relative to this being a two star (or so) hotel, the room was simple, but fine.

I didn't find the hotel at first because the entrance isn't obvious. Other than that, I had a great stay. The location is wonderful, and the staff is friendly. You can request a tea maker at the front desk.

The location is good, staff is friendly. But the hotel is very worn out, more than you can see on the official pictures. Stains on the walls, bathroom falling apart, etc. If I go to Torun again, I will find another place.
