「The hotel is clean and well maintained, with view of a port. The spring pools are great (both the male and female sides have the same standard and traditional raw pools). The lobby is spacious and has a calm atmosphere.」

「Overall the hotel was good. Sea view from the room was nice & peaceful. However, the 2 nights we were there, there was no hot water for shower nor the onsen was available. The night shift hotel staff was very apologetic, but the morning front desk team seem really annoyed when we check for an update with the hot water situation. Just wished the hotel could let us know earlier so we could make other arrangements.」

「旅館的名字不是金波肯，是錦浦樓。所以一開始讓我找不到旅館。他位在鳥羽站4號出口，但4號出口没有電梯，去時我是扛著行李下樓梯，走過一條旁邊約有七、八間海產燒烤小店，找到到位在右邊對面馬路的飯店，但一開始以為是餐廳。回程我原計劃是走一段路繞著鐵路，穿過橋下平面道路，到1號出口坐電梯，後來是先到鳥羽一番街的商場用餐，在經過2樓聯絡道到車站。錦浦樓是一間有歷史的日式旅館，公共設施有著老老的歲月痕跡，房間內有裝潢過，所以還好，下午我去時，只遇到一位工作人員，到房間已經鋪好床。有公共溫泉浴池，算是乾淨、清潔。」
