🚶‍♂️If you want your apartment to be near the beach, this is your place. ➡️ You can get to the beach through the stairs in about five minutes. But if you feel lazy or if you want to bring all your stuff to the beach with you, there is a free parking next to the beach and a free little bus in summer. So no worries at all.

🏡YOUR APARTMENT🏡

You will find everything you need in the apartment:

🛌 A master bedroom with a double bed, a built-in wardrobe with a washing machine inside (true fact but washing machines are a must when you are abroad), and two bedside tables. Sleeps two.

🛌 A second bedroom with a bunk bed, a wardrobe, a large table to study or to write your next novel, and two chairs. Sleeps two.

👶🏻 A baby cot at no extra cost at your request.

🛋 A living room with a brand new sofa bed, a table, a big flat TV with free satellite channels and four comfortable chairs. Sleeps one.

🚿 A bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a sink. The shower has a tiny bathtub which makes it ideal if you travel with little ones.

🧑‍🍳 A kitchen with a double sink, a fridge freezer, an electric cooker, an electric oven, a microwave, a Nespresso machine, an electric water boiler, a juicer and an electric mixer. Do not forget to bring the old recipe book.

🤩 A covered terrace with beautiful views from the sea, huge glass sliding doors with a mosquito net door (the best way to keep the few mosquitos around out of the apartment, you will want this for your house) a second table and two extra chairs. The right room to have your delicious meals or to waist your time looking at the sea.

📶 There's free Wi-Fi at the apartment, of course.

🌡This is a smart apartment, so if you book it in autumn, winter or even spring, we will turn the heating on remotely to make you feel like in summer when you arrive.

🧹🤖 Who wants to sweep the floor on holidays? The vacuum cleaner robot will do the job for you. The price of the cleaning service is not for him, but for those who clean the apartment. The robot, for the moment, still does not accept cash.

🔥Looking for a quiet place in autumn, winter or even spring? This is the right place. No worries, just stay calm and enjoy your tea or coffee next to the fireplace while looking at the sea.

🅿️ There is free parking all over the urbanisation. In summer season it might be hard to park in front of the apartment, but in the worst case scenario, you will park 200m away from the apartment.

🏘THE URBANISATION🏘

📍Cala Salionç is a private urbanisation located between Tossa de Mar and Sant Feliu de Guíxols. Having your own car is highly recommended, but you can get a taxi from Tossa de Mar to get here. There is also a free bus from Tossa during summer (July-August).

🏖 The private beach🏖

🏝It is considered a cove. It is a coarse sand beach and even in August it is not that crowded compered to the ones around.

🏐There is a beach volleyball court for those who want to sweat before having a swim. If you are a volleyball fan or if you want to start a new hobby, do not forget to bring your volleyball ball.

🥅 There is also a tiny beach football field. It is tiny because it is ideal for 6 players and it is also tiny because it is mostly used by tiny kids. So if you really need some free time from your children, a football ball is a must.

🚣‍♂️If you love paddling you may consider renting a kayak or a paddle surf board. Ask the boat club at the beach for their availability.

👣 On the left side of the beach, looking at the sea, there is a beautiful stone path. It is a 5 minutes walk. If you can, do not miss it.

🏊‍♂️In Summer the beach is surrounded for safety reason by buoys to delimit the swimming area.

😎There is also a floating platform in the sea making an ideal place for those children who love to jump or for those adults who love to sunbathe in the middle of the sea.

🚩During the summer season there is lifeguard that will protect the beloved ones in case of emergency.

👨‍⚕️Close to the beach there is a doctor that does consultations in summer.

🥘Next to the beach there is a Restaurant were you can have tapas or a paella while looking at the sea.

🛒Supermarket🛒

🍦🆕There is a brand new supermarket in the urbanisation. It is not a big one but you will find all the basic things that you could need to buy for your stay without leaving the urbanisation. It is usually open from April till the end of October. If it is not enough, there are other supermarkets in Tossa de Mar.

🏅 Sports centre🏅

⚽️🏀🆓 There is an outdoor court where you can play five-a-side football and basketball. You must bring the ball.

🎾 🆓There is also a tennis court in the urbanisation. It is free to play but you can reserve it for about 5€ to make sure that nobody else is using it. Do not forget to bring your tennis rackets and balls.

🏓🆓 If tennis is too much you can always try table tennis. It is free to play but again, you must bring your rackets and balls.

⛳️🆓You do not need to bring your golf cart because actually it is a small hard surface Minigolf but the good news is that it is free to play and that sticks and golf balls are provided in the bar next to the mini golf.

🍺It is always good to have a drink or a snack after a little bit of sport. That is why there is a bar at the sports centre that opens even at night during summer.

🏆Training🏆

🚵‍♀️🏃‍♂️If you love cycling or running this is the right place to train. Incredible weather and lots of hills and massifs. Many professional and amateur cyclists and runners come to improve their performance in this area. You will be able to train in a spectacular road with incredible views from the ocean and the mountains.

🚵‍♀️🏃‍♂️If you are a mountain biker or a trail runner there are lots of incredible paths to train too.

🚵‍♀️🏃‍♂️🏊‍♂️And if you are a triathlete, a part from being our hero, the warm Mediterranean will welcome you.

🧘‍♀️Relaxing🧘‍♂️

🚶‍♀️The Costa Brava is well known for a mixture of sea and mountain. From the urbanisation there are several path where you can enjoy this unique feature of the region. Walking surrounded by nature or the sea views will definitely keep you calm.

👣The Camí de Ronda is a footpath all over the Costa Brava with spectacular sea views. It was built in the 19th century to control the coast and to stop smuggling. The nearest one starts in Cala Pola and it ends in Lloret taking you first to Tossa. Do not miss it out if you are a trekking fan. Medium difficulty.

🃏We love family time and that is why we provide some games like chess, cards, a detective board game, dices and more... We recommend you to bring your favourite games to take the most of your free time.

📚If you like reading, here you will be able to have that holiday sensation of reading under a tree shade, at the beach while waves wet your feet or laying on the new sofa while having a cup of tea or a coffee.

🚗GETTING AROUND🚗

If you do have a car, there are some day trips that you might consider:

🏰Tossa de Mar: it is about 8 km from Cala Salions. The marvellous castle and the old village inside the castle walls are a must. We recommend you to have have a delicious paella for a really fair price at Bahia Restaurant or a traditional vermouth and tapas at Vermuteria Nuria. Another good choice is Mestra d’Aixa, where you can order delicious sea food or pizzas. Better book a table in advance in all of them.

⛪️Girona: if you watched Game of Thrones you will recognise some locations of the TV series. Do not miss the cathedral and the old village. It is about an hour by car from Cala Salions.

🥚Figueres: giant eggs on a building. That is Dalí’s museum and were he is buried. Yes, he was buried in his own museum. Pure surrealism. Good choice even with children. In Figueres there is also the Toy Museum of Catalonia. It is about 1h.20 minutes by car from Cala Salions.

🏟Barcelona: a. The city is about 1h.30 minutes by car.
