“These people had me book my stay online because I did not have my physical debit card and they thought it might bypass it because my car was stolen and I was left stranded and my purse with everything in it was in the car. The woman in the office wouldn’t even let me stay in the lobby to stay warm. “Overall motel surprised us. Above our expectations. Room was large enough for an extra chair, desk with chair and table with two chairs along with frig and microwave.
Heat worked well. Only down side...no coffee avail and the actual bathroom was very small...hard to turn around in it but it still was ok for an overnight traveler. Restaurants just down the street with many choices. Ckin and out very easy.”

“We have no hot water, our TV didn’t work, the carpet in our room was wet and they had a fan drying it when we came in. We were told that Room should’ve never been rented out. I made my reservations well in advance. I asked staff multiple times for help to no avail. The hot tub was so disgusting that it was cloudy and had a foam on top of it. The pool did not heat. And we were never told about that. We literally bought swimsuits to go swimming there.”
