Clean and well stocked home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sunset Lakehouse was nice and clean with a well stocked kitchen, pantry and cleaning products. Some houses only give you a couple of things but this place had a good supply of everything. They even had handwash, cooking oil, coffee, sugar etc. The appliances were pretty new and there were most things you would need. The house itself was in a great location and away from the main road so you didn't hear the traffic. Would definitely stay again.

A spacious and relaxing holiday home

There are many positive things about this holiday home: (1) the property manager is very responsive and helpful(2) the check in process is simple - the digital lock takes a bit of learning on how to use but it offers a lot of convenience(3) although on a main road, the house is set back quite a bit from it so it is quiet. Noises mainly come from the birds and the wind rustling the leaves on the trees(4) security is good as there is a pretty high gate at the front entrance which keeps the place private and safe(5) as the other reviewers have comments, the place is clean and spacious. Pots and pans were in good condition and there were plenty of cutleries, plates and cups etc(6) the view of the lake was good(7) supermarkets were not far away and Lake Haven shopping centre is less than 10mins drive away. We are a group of 10 people and we had a relaxing time at this place despite the very wet weather during our whole stay. As it is a double storey house, do check with the managing agent about the internal stairs/steps if anyone in your group has mobility issues.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are not happy at all with our rental of this property because there was very small damage to one of the used dining tables and the property owner withdrew the total deposit amount of $1500 for his incorrect claim that the table was new and this is completely unfair.
