  • T1 BIS DUPLEX 40m2 on the Capitol Square. The brick walls of Toulouse, exposed beams and wooden floors make the apartment very warm. The apartment has a breathtaking view of the Capitol. The isolated windows will offer you the desired calm in the heart of the city with all the conveniences of the city center. Upstairs, the bathroom is open to the room which optimizes the space. The bedroom is furnished with a dressing room and a king-size bed (160/200). The entire apartment incorporates cornices illuminated ceiling to best accommodate its own atmosphere.

We had a great time at Stéphane's place! Right in the middle of the city with everything within walking distance or the metro. He accommodated an early check in which was awesome after a long flight. Highly recommend!

Un joli studio bien aménagé dans le centre de Toulouse

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans ce beau studio rénové avec soin par le propriétaire qui par ailleurs à été très accueillant et bienveillant. L'appartement est idéal pour visiter Toulouse et ses environs ou pour rester tranquille dans un cocon de bien être. Merci encore !

Attractive and well equipped small flat in the cultural center of Toulouse

A superb location and a beautiful restoration in the very heart of Toulouse. The excellent double-glazed windows kept the street noise outside and the comfortable beds and bedding made for a good night’s sleep. The flat was spotlessly clean and ease of contact with the owner was excellent. I would not recommend this apartment for people with mobility issues as the staircase to the loft bedroom was quite steep. For all others, very highly recommended and we would gladly return .
