「Das Haus sieht von außen nicht sehr einladend aus. Innen ist aber alles o.k. (Flur/Aufzug) und die Wohnung ist wirklich ansprechend. Für uns zu zweit war der Platz völlig ausreichend. Die Wohnung geht zur Straße raus, aber es ist nicht wirklich laut. Das Stadtviertel Epalot ist sicher kein wohlständiger Bezirk, aber es wird viel verbessert und es wirkt sehr lebendig. Uns hat es gut gefallen - klare Empfehlung.」
