Between old-world charm and modernity

Whether you're with family, friends or colleagues, you'll appreciate the accommodation's proximity to restaurants, bars and stores. The apartment is very well located, just a stone's throw from the famous Place Plumereau, a popular spot for tourists and students every evening.

You'll find plenty of bars and restaurants!

You'll occupy this charming 75m2 T3, in which you'll enjoy a beautiful living room with exposed beams. A sofa bed is available in the living room. You'll be able to relax in front of the TV before going to bed in the evening. The fully equipped kitchen is separate from the living room.

A comfortable double bed awaits you in the bright 1st bedroom. In the second bedroom, you'll find 2 single beds.

The bathroom has a large shower.

You'll enjoy a spotlessly clean apartment, thanks to professional cleaning and all the linen you need, including towels, sheets, comforter covers, bath mats and tea towels. To guarantee this quality of service. Everything is included in the price of cleaning.

Arrivals are self-guided, with keys to be collected from a pick-up point open until midnight a stone's throw from the apartment.

The Vieux-Tours district, and in particular Place Plumereau, is a lively place all year round. You'll find plenty of restaurants and bars. You'll be won over by its liveliness, conviviality and festivities on the banks of the Loire (taverns, concerts, etc.).

- There is street parking a few meters from the apartment, but the street in front of the apartment is pedestrianized. Bus stations are just a few meters away. The streetcar line runs along Rue Nationale, about 800 meters from the apartment.
