“This is our second time staying here. Great place for our annual fishing trip. Cabin is right on the water, great dock and fire pit out back. Owner is great at communicating and always got right back to us with any questions.”

“Everything went well with our stay. Alana was timely and helpful in all our communications. The property was clean and exactly as presented in the listing. My wife is handicapped with mobility issues and found getting around was no problem. The only challenge for us was using the TV, since we are not up on the latest technology. We also aren’t familiar with the immediate area which made it harder for us to find alternatives to our planned outside activities on rainy days.”

“The apartment was exactly what was described and perfect for what we needed. Spent a week so my son could updated his Red Cross Certifications on campus. The proximity to campus was perfect. The apartment was spotless, nicely furnished and enough room for myself and 2 teen boys. We all had our own space and never felt on top of each other. The only issue we had is the traffic, which is no fault of the owners. Had to get use to the noise but it wasn't so bad to deter us from staying there again.……

“This really is a beautiful setting - it is very private and quiet. The front porch is where we spent the most time in the evenings, hearing the loons call was priceless! The home was clean and well-appointed. Due to these positives, I give it a five star rating. However, a few things are needed to make it even better - repair the holes in the window screens. This was a very hot summer stay and there is no air-conditioning. I really wanted to open my bedroom window at night to get the cool……

“My family stayed here over labor day weekend. Very cute cabin with all the amenities of being at home. This was perfect as minimal packing is great with a 2 year old 10 year old. The kids loved the little beach and the views from the cabin were amazing. We enjoyed our stay and will likely go back again.”

The kids had space upstairs to sleep with two twins so that we adults could relax after bedtime downstairs, reading books or watching tv without worrying we’d wake them. “We attended my niece wedding ay Kings Hill Inn and stayed at this home in Sumner Maine. We were 15 minutes from the venue. Our rental was perfect! Well stocked. We had everything you could possibly need to make our stay comfortable. Highly recommend!!”

“Itvstarted with a 24 hour notice due to our original house being flooded for the storm. They fot us in a day later to this smaller yet spacious lakehouse with many little surprises! We enjoyed the large master suite with the clawfoot tub. The outside sauna was a blessing and the wood stove! The the renovations were lovely. We were comfortable and relaxed for pur elipse little get away! Thank.ypu SO MUCH for having us in such short notice and sharing this lovely little cabin!”
