「The location of this property is PERFECT for a visit of Alex Bay. Park your car and walk to all the shops, restaurants and boating tours. The sunset from the backyard is also incredible. We will stay here again!!」

「We enjoyed the rental very much and the location was excellent in a quiet area. We enjoyed sitting outside on the deck and down by the waterfront in the evening. Our only complaint would be the window air conditioning units not quite keeping the bedroom cool, but that wouldn’t keep us from staying here again!」

「Whitney is a great host! This apartment is much bigger than the pictures make it appear. The kitchen is awesome, the marina docks are well maintained and there’s power at each one with a regular 110 volt outlet, no need for an adapter. The beds are wonderful and the ceiling fans really cool the bedrooms well. I am already making plans to return next year! Thank you, for everything, Whitney!」

「This property is everything it says it is as listed. Perfect for a weekend getaway, scenic and close proximity to everything in the village. We were very comfortable here and hope to be back someday. A+++」

「The place was clean and appointed very well. Only improvement I would suggest is remote blinds for the two sky lights above the bed. it makes it tough to sleep with the light shining in early in the morning.」

「Enjoyed a week stay here in Clayton July 2025. It’s a large space for a 1 bedroom. Clean and as described.Good communication w/Evolve mgmt company. Could walk to Downtown and we enjoyed the sunsets there and the cute places to eat and shop. All the little towns around there to explore also. 」
