“Property was clean and pictures were accurate. The description stated the property had air conditioning, a microwave, and one email said it was a first floor apartment. There was no air conditioning and the windows didn't open easily(no screen), there was no microwave, and the apartment was upstairs. The host was responsive and kind.”

“The parking was a bit confusing but the host was very much available and accomodating to work it out. The place is clean, spacious, newly renovated, and very nice. The hosts were friendly and wonderful. Highly recommend for your stay in Utica!”
