“We were in town for a Bills game. This house was great! Very clean, lots of cool features, nice neighborhood. Stacie was a great host and gave good recommendations and information about the area. Easy check in/out. We walked to the Bills game, so we didn't have to pay for parking (the new stadium will be even closer). It was a great time. Would definitely recommend!”

“Great place to stay friendly neighborhood great location.”

“We had a great stay at the house. We had 7 adults, 2 toddlers and 2dogs in our group. We were in town for a family wedding. The house has 5 bedrooms, each with its own private bath, which made getting ready for the wedding really convenient. There was plenty of parking and a nice yard for the dogs. The host was easy to work with and provided all the sheets and plenty of towels. We were very pleased with our stay!”

“Absolutely gorgeous. The pictures do not do this property justice. Has everything a family would want or need. Owner best ever dealt with.”

“This was an ideal property and location for our family reunion group of 13 (without needing the additional suite). The large living room and back porch both provided great spaces for gathering and time together. The nearby town of Ellicottville (about 11 minutes away) offers numerous walkable restaurants and shops.The listing, as far as I have found, does not include very many details about the air conditioning. There are two window AC units in the house (not counting the suite, which we did not……

“This home was very clean and had many family friendly amenities - including the huge backyard.Our only issue with the house is a small step between the kitchen and dining room - which can be a trip hazard, especially for older adults. The host said they will be working to correct this issue soon.”

“The property had everything we needed and more! It was pretty, clean, and not far from all the activities we had planned! There was a ton of room in the house and the outside was so peaceful especially with the fire pit! We would definitely stay there again!!”
