「Listing was generally as shown online. We were mostly out and exploring the local area including mount greylock. Great location to serve as home base to be out and exploring if you have interest in visiting the berkshires!I don't recal the unit number being listed, I think there could have been slightly better directions but we found it ok based on the photos.」

「The Bentley Brook in Hancock is an amazing place -I had a wonderful time. Everything in the condo was perfect- neat, clean, comfortable, and all of the amenities and service including the hot tub, pool, sauna, movie theater, and on site activities were all great. I couldn’t have asked for a better time.」

「The front desk staff was extremely helpful friendly and answered questions when we asked. The unit was very comfortable, clean the only thing was the TV is a little strange. By that I mean you can't figure out the guide. A small instruction paper should be left by the TV. Very different for when I'm used to. Other than that it was wonderful.」

「My family had a blast here and appreciate the availability. The property is situated perfectly for skiing on/off of Jiminy Cricket. Ski lockers made it even easier. We loved the spacious rooms, whirlpool bath, laundry and kitchen. My son said he wanted to move in :) Towels for bath and pool, coffee & filters, and laundry detergent provided. Free wifi and plenty of activities if you aren't skiing or apres-ski. There are 2 EV charging stations at one of the buildings and front desk avail 24/7. 」
