「We had a fantastic stay! The home was cozy and perfect for our trip to Cooperstown for my son's baseball tournament at Dreams Park, right up the road. It’s baseball-themed, which my kids absolutely loved, such a fun touch! While the house is on the smaller side, it had everything we needed and was a great home base for our time at the ballpark. 「Stunning location, beautiful, especially with the leaves changing color. View from every window is lovely. It's more remote than expected, so try to arrive during daylight hours because it is DARK. Stream is lovely. Kitchen has recent upgrades and is very nice, beds are comfy. I mistakenly thought that the couch was couch bed- it is not. The futon is small, would be good for kids. So, be sure to check with the host before going if you'll have more than 4 people and/or don't intend to share beds....

Very comfy mattresses as well. My husband enjoyed the record collection - the house has a lot of character! Plenty of books and space to read. Lots of nice hiking and exploring in the area. A total of 8 families (6 in the main house and 2 in the carriage house) came to Cooperstown to watch our kids play in a baseball tournament at Dreams Park.
