"This estate was perfect for us. Less than 5 minutes from dreams park. So many bedrooms it fit our party very comfortably. Julie and her husband really bailed us out. Our previous host double booked us and canceled 36hours before check in. We got ahold of julie who was able to get everything ready for us within 24h of our trip. "Ample space for 3-4 families visiting Cooperstown Dreams Park. We took full advantage of all the amenities including the kitchen, grill, pool table, and outdoor space. You can even get a glimpse of the fireworks through the trees on the last evening from Dreams Park! Would 10/10 stay here again or recommend to others! Cody was an exceptional host that made sure all of our needs were met!"
