“Great piece of real state. Cabin has everything you need for a short or long stay. Who ever build it has great taste. Owner was always available and very responsive. ”

“Such a beautiful spot on Swan Lake! Sunrise to the right, sunset to the left, peaceful woods over the water. Perfect kayaking lake with herons and eagles to keep you company. House is clean and comfy, nicely furnished with a well equipped kitchen. ”

“My family stayed here with our dog for one night. I wish we could have stayed longer! The cottage was immaculate, cozy, and welcoming. We had the pleasure of speaking with the host Debbie, and she was lovely! We didn’t get to use the fire pit area, but we enjoyed the view of the pond. The kitchen was well stocked with spices and other necessities, and the beds were comfortable for a solid night’s rest. We hope to stay here again in the future!”

“The house was a good space for our 2 adults and 3 kids trip. We liked the house a lot and the fire pit area outside and the creek. The only disappointing thing was it did not seem very clean, lots of spider webs, some stains on the sheets that came out when we washed then upon our arrival and the grill was very gross we didn't even bother with it. The house does also sit next to a street that has a lot of work trucks during the day which are a bit loud, but seemed to be less busy by the evening.……

“Property was a disappointment. As a professional mariner, I have an outstanding sense of level. The cabin is seriously out of level on the ground floor, which is amplified upstairs. Our suitcase was rolled out of the way, only to roll back rapidly. The storm door was missing the entire glass and was just an empty frame. A hole was burnt through the decking of the front porch with no patch where some guest had attempted to grill. If someone has one leg shorter than the other and walks the same……

“We arrived to a beautiful house overlooking vast forested mountains with a beautiful little pond with lots of froggy friends to watch. The hot tub was nice and we all got a good night sleep. Lots of good hikes around and lots of little towns to visit and pop into for a book or coffee. Great stay!”

“Unfortunately we were there during a rare heat wave. Only a/c in one room. Too hot to enjoy several lovely outdoor seating areas. Two of us did go out in back to fish the creek. It's a quiet street just off the main drag in Livingston Manor so great location. Very clean when we arrived and yard is well cared for. They let us check in an hour early which was nice. We'd stay there again!”
