“Perfect little cottage for a family of 4 looking to ski / board for a long weekend. Location excellent for catamount (10mins) and about 25 mins from butternut. 5-7 decent restaurants within 15 mins. Kids played in the snow in the backyard. Host was extremely accommodating and communication (didn’t have any issues so I didn’t really need him) was good for any questions. ”

“Beautiful location and views. Apartment is smaller than seems in the photos (only ground floor). Small kitchen with limited tools so don’t plan on cooking big meals. Cozy with electric fireplace, but bring slippers for the cold floor! Overall great experience for the price ”

“Charming farmhouse with a master bedroom suite. Bed was very comfy and cozy. My husband and I went for a quick getaway with our dog. Great location! Close to skiing, hiking and some quaint shops. Host was very responsive and made some great dining recommendations. Very nice and peaceful neighborhood. ”

“My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our two nights at the 1805 House B&B. The four-poster king-sized bed was very comfortable, the large tub in the bathroom was a delight, and breakfast was delivered to our room each morning. The hosts made check in and check out very easy. We were in the area for a jazz festival and to visit a friend. This was a lovely country stay for the weekend. ”

“This is a very lovely home in a great location. It has the right amount of historic charm paired with very modern amenities (plus stunning artwork!). We got a large amount of snow during our stay but they had people plow the road and even shovel up to the front door. ”

“The house was charming. Everything is clean and updated. Everything from the bedding, to the pots, pans, dishes, and towels were of very nice quality. As cold as it was, the walks by the lake were beautiful and peaceful and the firepit was a great way to end the cold winter days. Leticia was always helpful. She thought of everything, so we really didnt need much! ”

“The pictures didn’t do this place justice — it’s even more beautiful in person! The fall views over the orchard were stunning and we loved watching deer wander by in the early morning and at dusk. The rooms were perfectly sized, the kitchen was perfectly stocked and there were tons of games and movies for the kids. The host was incredible and gave us great local recommendations for things to do and places to eat. A perfect, quiet fall getaway — we can’t wait to return!”
